"Really unhappy about how my experiences at this agent and state farm in general have been dealt with a claim issue I had. A deer jumped out in front on my truck... tried to avoid and slud in mud/rain and barely tapped a pole. The state farm town company from their subcontractor Ajero damaged my truck, kept my business vehicle in the shop for over 2 months and then fixed the tow damage... yet then tried to total my truck. Then hemmed and hawwed for a week, then finally approved the shop to begin repairs to my truck. They refused to extend my rental, charged me not one BUT TWO DEDUCTABLES AND 2 MONTHS LATER MY POWER STREERING WENT OUT AGAIN! (PART OF THE TOW DAMAGE ISSUE) STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY DEDUCTIBLE RETURNED TO ME YET EITHER AND TO MAKE IT ALL WORSE THEY ARE COUNTUNG IT AS TWO ACCIDENTS AGAINST ME SO I CAN'T EVEN FIND A DECENT RATE ELSEWHERE!!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WHOLE THING... OH AND FINAL INSULT, EVEN THOUGH THE USED POWER STEERING RACK THEY INSISTED PUTTING IN WENT OUT AND IS WARRANTIED... THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A RENTAL! NOR HACE THEY PAID THE RENTAL, SO THE RENTAL CO IS COMING AFTER ME FOR IT!! SUCH A STRESSFUL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!!"
